Private Room in 6BR House near Camp Randall Located at 1705 Regent St, Madison, WI. Rent: $900/mo. 1 bed, 1 bath. 150 sq ft. Available January 2027 through August 2027. Really nice house with five roommates (this room is near the front so it's separate from everyone else's room). Renovated bathroom shared with only two other people. Parking space is available for no extra price, the driveway is quite long. Really good location and near the D and E bus lines. AC is great, laundry is in basement, and kitchen is spacious and nice. Please reach out if you have any questions, I'm happy to answer! The lease start and end is also flexible, so reach out and we can figure it out! Thanks.
