I have a 2 bed/2 bath on the edge of Madison near Verona and I need to fill the second room ASAP. The lease is from June 2026-June 2027. A female or non-binary roommate is strongly preferred. I’m primarily looking for someone who loves cats (I already have 2 so cannot take in any more sadly) but they are very sweet and cuddly and love attention. Other things: I try to keep the common areas of the apartment relatively clean, and I prefer to keep the thermostat on the colder side (especially in the wintertime). Underground parking would be $60/month if available and parking in the surface lot is free. I’d estimate that utilities will be around $150/month total so about $75/month each.
